Mr. Rossi focuses on patent procurement and monetization, helping clients identify valuable inventions, secure U.S. and international patent protection, and develop IP assets aligned with strategic business goals. He has extensive experience preparing, prosecuting, and enforcing patents, and representing clients before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Mr. Rossi works with a wide range of technologies, including AI and machine learning, computer hardware and software, cloud and edge computing, cybersecurity, video and image processing, automation, robotics, quantum computing, natural language processing (NLP), augmented and virtual reality, wireless communications, and oil and gas technologies.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Rossi worked in industry as a computer programmer, network manager, and IT consultant. His background includes developing software tools and applications, managing IT infrastructure, and advising companies on network architecture and system design. He is an avid mushroom farmer.
