Wei has a deep understanding of the entire lifecycle of product development and aids his clients in protecting innovations from initial conception and testing through all later stages of development. 

Through his extensive network of global contacts, Wei helps his clients build commercially valuable patent portfolios worldwide. He has particular expertise working with health and lifestyle consumer devices, medical devices and biomedical technologies, IoT technologies, wireless technologies, robotics, and 3D virtual imaging technologies. Beyond his patent practice, Wei also has extensive experience in IP due diligence connected to licensing and financing transactions, patent landscape, infringement and invalidity analyses, product clearance, and general IP strategy.
