Rob Rodriguez is a registered patent attorney and devotes his practice exclusively to intellectual property. Rob serves individual and business clients in all phases of procuring and protecting their intellectual property, including patent, trademark, and copyright matters. A primary focus of Rob’s practice is on developing, managing, and protecting patent portfolios by preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the United States as well as internationally. As a former practicing electrical engineer, Rob leverages over thirteen years of real-world engineering experience to better understand his clients’ inventions.

Rob has assisted clients in protecting inventions related to wireless communications systems, computer networking, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, electrical circuits, software applications, and medical devices, among others. As an inventor in his own right, Rob enjoys learning new technologies and immersing himself in the details of his clients’ inventions in order to provide top quality work product.
