Robert is an experienced corporate and intellectual property attorney with a B.S. in Physics from the University of California, Davis. He has both law firm and in-house counsel experience, and has advised different types of companies on corporate and IP matters, including startups, public companies, joint ventures, and consulting agencies. He also has extensive experience in various technical areas such as superconductors, quantum computing, photonics, mechanics, electronics, optics and optical devices, nanotechnology, e-commerce, and software applications.
