Nitin Gambhir is a California licensed attorney with 15+ years of practice experience as a litigator.  He was a Partner at a large international law firm, and practiced at several other law firms.  In addition, he has interned and was seconded with in-house departments at technology companies such as Cisco and Broadcom.

During his legal career, he has been an integral part of multiple successful trial teams, litigating all aspects of Intellectual Property (IP) as well as various contractual disputes.  Over the years, he has enjoyed advising companies on contractual issues and broader IP strategy.  He has also represented companies specializing in computer networking, telecommunications, memory controllers, medical-imaging, sensor technology, entertainment and internet-related technologies.
